What German C&I buyers now expect from solar EPC partners
A short read on what is changing in commercial buyer expectations across German rooftop and industrial PV.
Commercial PV in 2026 is no longer a sales story; it is a delivery question. The interesting question is not "how many modules fit on the roof?" but "who is accountable after commissioning?".
Three themes are coming to the fore: structural and fire-safety review on existing roofs, grid-connection viability against growing loads, and documentation quality that holds up under due diligence.
A credible EPC partner does not hide those themes behind marketing language. They are presented openly — as structured processes, with named accountable people, documented methods, and clear contractual limits.
That is our starting point: not the cheapest module, but the disciplines that turn a system into a financeable energy asset.
